She has worked with American society of training and development as Director Public relations (Washington D.C. Chapter), was a team member of Landmark Education and is Professional Development Member of ISABS (Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences)

Ms. Rosy is a Level 1 Strength Deployment Inventory Certified from Personal Strengths USA. She has received MBTI Certification from Centre for Applications of Psychological Types, USA and is a certified Coach in Action Learning from World Institute of Action Learning in Virginia, USA. She is in addition trained in Appreciative Inquiry and NLP Certified.
